Once you are satisfied with your quotation and lead time and place an order with us by phone, fax or e-mail we will issue an acknowledgement within 12 hours advising you of the agreed delivery date.
Our Sales/Customer Service Personnel will update you at all times on the status of your orders as well as responding to any queries you may have regarding production and delivery.
We deliver to all areas in Scotland and the remainder of the UK at least once per week. For our more popular areas particularly in Scotland we deliver 2 – 3 times per week. Please see our delivery schedule.
We will discuss off loading arrangements with you before despatch and within reason will give consideration to your special requirements.
AGB’s Sales team supported by our Structural engineer will provide you with all the information you need to ensure that material you require meets fire, structural and insulation standards. We have a comprehensive range of technical literature which is available upon request.
We now offer a complete trade counter service offering our Zed and Cee section purlins, as well plastisol polyester and galvanised steel box profile sheets, corrugated sheets (11/3 & 8/3), anti-con profiled sheets, vented sheets, rosser lightweight roof tiles, flashings and gutters, GRP rooflights, stock 3,4,5,6 metre lenghs, fixings, fillers, lap tape,sealants, mineral wool insulation, rigid insulation board, breather membrane ashgrid plus a range of "seconds" material.
